Shipping policy

Shipping Policy :

 

For orders placed Monday-Friday please allow 1-3 business days for orders to be shipped out. We always try our best to package and ship out each order as fast as humanly possible.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Time usually takes 3-7 business days if no delays occur with USPS. We are not responsible for package delays or holds. 

Tigre Jewelry is not responsible for lost or stolen mail. Once you receive your tracking information USPS will provide an ETA and it is your responsibility to keep up with your package.  

If your tracking number marks your order as delivered but you have not received your package, please contact USPS and file a package tracking form so they can further assist you on the location of your package. You can also contact your local post office for further information.
